This is a light, fresh scent. I mist pillows and linens. It says you can mist it on your skin. I always trust Aura Cacia products.

Go to spritz for reviving
I use this in the morning and evening to refresh my senses and deepen my breath. I figure there must be a reason frankincense and myrrh were brought to the lord cause the scent is definitely heavenly to me.
