Love my Herz P1 Smart Ring
Love this ring! It gives me daily records for Sleep Tracking, HR, HRV, Blood Oxygen, Stress Level, Activity and Sport Records. It keeps me on track! Battery life is good as well, you can go several days without charging. I wear it on my left pointer finger and it looks great! It fits well and love the rose-gold. It serves my purpose and am happy with the price!!

Don’t buy it unless you can size it, of course!
When I ordered this ring it didn’t tell me it was a size 13 ring nor did it give me the option to choose my normal size 7. I have no use for it now. I don’t know if it’s the way Amazon portrayed it or from the manufacture’s portrayal of it that caused the problem. I threw the box away so cannot return it. This was stupid on my part but as I am 80 and I needed it to monitor some problems I have, I will try to find out how to buy another in the future but I’m not happy.

The smart ring is everything I wanted and more.
I purchased the herz p1 because I like the ring option. I was currently using a Fitbit watch. After researching many different options I settled on this smart ring and I have not been disappointed. I love that it keeps track of my sleep and my steps and the bonus is that it keeps track of my temperature and heart rate. I’ve been very pleased with it. It’s comfortable. It seems like it lasts for about 6 days before I have to recharge it. Sometimes it loses connectivity and I have to resync but it resyncs really easily. It feels like it’s a good quality and I can shower with it and even go into a pool with it without any issues. I ordered it in my ring size and it fits perfectly.

Pretty decent product for the price!
I was worried when I ordered this based on the reviews but this ring is super comfortable and works relatively well! The sleep tracking doesn’t work at all but the temperature and step tracking works great! The advice I would give to someone looking into this is size up from your normal ring size (I’m a 10 but ordered the next size up and it fits perfectly). The connectivity with my phone is pretty good and it holds a LONG charge! Looks great too!

Sizes vary per color of the ring. We have purchased a rose gold and a silver one that we love, and they are true to size. We just got the one that I am putting in the video today for my husband. He wanted the midnight black and his ring which is supposed to be the same size as my silver ring. Both of them are supposedly size 9, but they are not the same size! The midnight black ring says it’s a nine on the package and we ordered a nine, but it is more like an eight. Just know if you get the midnight black ring you better order a size bigger than you need. Otherwise we are very happy with the quality of the ring and the functionality and the ease of using the app. We have several of them in our family wearing them now we bought some for our parents and our kids. You cannot beat the price. If it weren’t for the variation in the size based on color being inconsistent, we would have given it a five. I thought I should add the rose gold looks very brassy. I don’t have a picture, but one of my family members ordered it and was disappointed that it looks more brassy than rose gold..

Great budget ring
This ring is a great budget ring, I wanted to try a smart ring without paying a lot of money to try it out. I’ve been using for a week now at first it was reading slightly inaccurate but after a few days of wearing it adjusted to be more accurate. I’ve been wearing this ring in the shower and in pool and have had no issues with it; it is pretty air tight. The app is pretty simple to use it has no issues that I’ve noticed plus there’s no in app subscription or inaccessible parts of the app so I would say this app is a good one. The battery life it has is pretty good so far I didn’t charge it fully on first opening it but It still lasted three days before the next charge. The ring comes with a charging cable which I did not know I did end up buying the charging case but since the ring charges in as little as 60 min you don’t really need the charging case.

I don’t find it reliable and battery goes quickly.
I purchased this ring because I didn’t want to have to pay for an app or $300 for a fitness ring. I have owned this ring for 3 days, and my battery is less than 20%. I find the reliability of this to be moxed. It is inaccurate compared to my Fitbit. I wear my fitbit as a watch, and the Sleep readings are accurate with my Fitbit. I am a fairly light sleeper and I am lucky to get 4 hours of sleep a night, yet this is telling me I’m getting close to 8. I feel the might be more accurate with step readings.I read other reviews and many of them have been mixed, and I am going to agree with several people who say you get what you pay for. I will be returning this ring.I do like the comfort of this ring. It doesn’t feel heavy and it is lightweight. I ordered a size 8 and it is tight on one hand and loose on the other

Best smart device I’ve ever owned!!
I have purchased many different types of smart devices mainly for tracking sleep and my oxygen saturation and none have been as comfortable or accurate as the Hertz P1 smart ring. I am a flipper and tosser when I sleep. I’ve always had issues with the bands in watches catching on the blanket or my pillow causing me to wake, so counter productive to sleep lolThis ring is lightweight, comfortable, easy to care for and tells me when to charge. Syncs with ease and size is perfect!

It’s comfortable to wear. The app is clear to understand. I would definitely recommend this.I personally wish I bought the next size up, because my knuckles swell so getting it off can be challenging. But once past my knuckle it’s great 😊. It’s not any fault of the ring or company. Just my old hands 🥴
