Good dumbbells
I bought a pair of dumbbells that weigh 10 lb each, twice more than most dumbbells of this design. It’s easy to add and remove pair(s) of weights in order to switch between 4, 6, 8 and 10 lb, and a simple latching mechanism keeps the weights on the dumbbells. The weights are squarish, so the dumbbells do not roll on the floor. The dumbbells look stylish, and the metal bar contoured for the palm is textured in the central section for good gripping.

Perfect for a home gym
These are so versatile and cut down on clutter for a home gym. They are so easy to adjust that you can quickly change weights mid circuit to find the perfect weight for each movement. The square shape prevents rolls and provides stability for renegade rows and other movements. Would happily recommend these to anyone on their fitness journey. They are pretty to look at too.

More pros than cons
Dec 20 2025 review: I do use a lot of weights and members to a lot of clubs so I know my way around weights. I have some torn part of my shoulder (long bicep) and needed some small weights for rehab. These are ideal since they start from 4-10 lbs per bar. The good: like the metal bar, like the ease of adding and removing extra weights, the overall size is fine. The bad: when added weight modules are added, it not a homogenous feel and you can hear slope and creaking when shining the weights around. I dont think they will fall off but there is some slop that makes small movement noise. I am okay with this knowing that it will not fly off the bar.

Color and quality is great! Adding and taking off the little weights is very easy and quick. Doesn’t hurt the hand when using but I also use gloves. Good buy/value for the price.

These are great. Easy to add and remove extra weights. The square shape is also good as they can’t roll around. And the orange color helps remind you to use them. They don’t fade into the background 🙂

Love these weights! They are very easy to remove or add weights and it is super convenient (and doesn’t take the space that lots of weight in combination would take). I bought these so i didnt have 4 diffrent sets of weights laying around. They are easy to switch out and have a sturdy grip. when i eventually need to increase the weight i will be buying the heavier set. Enjoying working out with them.

It is very good, well made.Looks a lot better than the picturesI bought one and have been using it for a week. You need to first hold the nozzle then twist and turn to change the weights so the chances of a weight getting loose is probably near 0.Very good for home if you dont have a lot of space to have multiple weights
