Storage rack missing screw holes
This 1 star review is for the storage rack only. The actual weights are great. However, the storage rack came missing two screw holes on the top and bottom. Because of this, the rack is wobbly when put together and not very secure, as it is only screwed together at 6 out of 8 corners.

We didn’t receive everything in our order.
Great quality, but we didn’t receive all the dumbbells we ordered. I don’t want to pay to return the whole order, so now we paid for a full set and are missing the 20 lb set.

I recommend this product!
These arrived on 4 packages – the stand in one, the 25lb weights in one (this package was torn but the weights were fine), the 20lb weights in another (this package was also torn but weights were fine) and the 15lb, 10lb, and 5lb together in the remaining. The weights are perfect! Many mentioned being oily but mine really aren’t. The stand perhaps has a scent so I will wipe it down. There were no specific instructions to buildnthe stand but it was easy enough to figure out. There was also a mat for the stand included, it could be a little wider to fit the stand but it is square and slightly smaller than the stand but nice for it to be included.

I ordered the set of 4 with 5-20 ilb dumbbells and the 20s didn’t come. There is no option to replace a missing part of the order. Extremely disappointed…

Weights ok but don’t expect any customer service
Weights are good for a small gym but storage rack was missing parts. Reached out thru Amazon. Kimberly from balancefrom.com asked me after about 2 weeks if I had reached out to Walmart or Amazon. I stated the obvious that yes I had thru my order but I never heard from her again. Poor customer service for sure.
