Love it!
Love it! Bought my first one at the store in Lennox Square Mall in Atlanta and it came with a subscription, but I wanted one for upstairs. I wish I had purchased my 2nd one with the subscription as well because the oil is more expensive when it’s not on a subscription and I love to use mine a lot! I love the marquee sent. Reminds me of a spa/hotel but I can’t wait until I can make another trip to the store in Atlanta to smell some other ones to see if I’d want to switch it up.

Repeated Failure & Disappointing, Unprofessional Customer Service
This is the second unit I have purchased within six months that has failed. The device powers on and makes the sound of operation, but it simply does not diffuse any scent. For a product that costs this much, this level of repeated failure is unacceptable.What makes this experience worse is the customer service. I contacted the support team, and I found the entire process to be a complete waste of time.I feel genuine sympathy for the individuals working in customer service, as this is not an attack on them personally. However, the company itself is doing a terrible job in two areas:Product Quality: Selling premium-priced devices that fail repeatedly in less than half a year.Customer Support Strategy: Establishing a support system that is unprofessional and ineffective at resolving customer issues quickly and correctly.I have zero confidence left in this brand. I will never purchase another product from Aroma360 and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for reliable diffusers and quality service.

Súper compra pues es un difusor muy versátil ya le lo puedes utilizar en casa u oficinas por su elegante modelo. Y ahorra mucho el líquido de olor y sobre todo resaltó que trae un control remoto con el que puedes modificar su intensidad por lo que t brinda comodidad ya que no tienes que levantarte he ir hasta el cuando desear cambiarlo

Doesn’t diffuse the oil
The price is good due to ot being half of what you would pay on the actual website but it doesn’t work. It’s missing the tube to send the oil out. If you purchase the oils from Amazon they don’t work because the top is just open verses from the aroma 360 website there’s a piece in the top that connects to you machine that sends the oil out. If you purchase the machine from Amazon buy your oils from the actual aroma 360 website in order for the machine to work. Remember the piece to diffuser the oil does not come with it.

Waste of money
Worked for 33 days. Then just stopped producing scent. The scent bottle is still 1/3 full. The motor hums but no scent is released. Waste of $100

It does not work
This is an attempt of solving my problem. I purchased this item from tou guys after installing IT DEFINITELY IS NOT WORKING. It turned the green light and immediately it went off, just the blue light stayed, no matter what set up I tried. I found this email on the MINI PRO instruction care manual. I’ll expect YOUR RESPONSE about what will be the next step to follow, or what can be done about it.

Smells great but LOUD!!!
Giving this 3 stars!! I love it & it puts great scent out. I’ve had it on for month on low & barely used any oil. But…. ITS LOUD!!!!!! Thought about sending back but missed my window.
