Impressive fit and comfort for the price
For context, I’ve run with mostly minimalist, zero-drop, barefoot-style shoes for around 15 years. I generally like the minimal types, but with age and some foot problems was interested in more cushioning. After 10-20 miles of running I am so far impressed with these. There is moderate padding, as I hoped, so not so much ground-feel but still a zero-drop barefoot-style running experience. My feet run wide and sizing tends to be challenging and variable from brand to brand and model to model, so I went by the sizing guide on the Amazon page and it worked well. The shoes fit comfortably on the first try and don’t squeeze in width or length. I had a blister on one foot after the first run without socks, which I would consider par for the course. In comparison to other low-priced brands and pseudo-brands on Amazon, I’ve been pleased that the insoles remained in place while running on slopes. The soles have held up without visible wear so far. As noted above, I haven’t run a tremendous distance yet, but they at least seem tougher than a pencil eraser.Overall, I have no complaints so far and am quite impressed with quality and comfort for the price.

Great Gateway into barefoot shoes
Solid pair of shoes for the price. I was a bit hesitant at first to imagine that these shoes would be as good as they were for the price of $40. I have had a lot of issues with shoes having a tight toe box and these are a game changer. I initially bought the shoes at 9.5 which is what I usually wear, however they were a bit longer than what I was expecting. After sizing down to 9 they fit amazingly well. The upper material is super breathable and I’ve been wearing them almost daily and they are amazingly comfortable. The lower is really thin with the zero drop and you can feel everything below your feet but still be comfortable knowing that you’re protected. I would highly recommend these as a gateway into barefoot shoes. A great little plus is that they came with an extra set of insoles as well as extra shoe laces. They look great with just about any outdoor outfit and they kept me cool in the Texas heat while out fishing and hiking in the sun.

So far so good
So far I’m liking this brand of zero drop shoes. One of the first things I noticed upon opening and trying on, was that the toe box was not as wide in appearance as other brands of zero drop shoes. I have complete freedom of movement of my toes without any discomfort or tightness. It is a perfect fit and I have chosen to use them specifically for working out at this time.I just completed my first cardio workout with the shoes and found that it was very functional, comfortable, lightweight, and supportive for my feet. So far there is no bleed through of the dye into the gum sole like others have mentioned, but I have yet to fully break in the shoes. If such dye transfer occurs, it is not a big deal as these shoes are affordable to replace when needed. I would purchase these again when needed.

Great to daily, and solid for mountain biking if you get stiffer insoles
As every day wear shoes, these are astonishingly comfy. They breathe well and give my wide feet plenty of room. The rubber is very pliable and you get a very detailed feel of the ground beneath you. Personally, im not super into the amount of give the bottoms have, but they are super comfy and dont fatigue my feet like narrower stuffer shoes do.The main reason I bought these is actually for mountain biking. I pair these with a set of carbon fiber insoles to stiffen the shoes and with the grid pattern and some flat pedals these things are AMAZING!!! The rubber is not the gripping, but the consistent textured bottom makes up for the lack of grip.Overall these are great shoes and I will definitely buy them again. I don’t wear them every day. More like 2 or 3 times a week. With that frequency, they haven’t scuffed much and even while on the bike they haven’t seen too much crazy action. They appear to be pretty durable but at $40-ish bucks, id happily buy 2 pairs a year.

Not barefoot shoes
They are good quality, but NOT barefoot shoes. Have a thick bottom, and force you to walk heel to toe rather than toes / balls of your feet to heel as you are supposed to, the entire purpose of barefoot lol. 3 stars for quality though, might be your thing for an actual shoe with support, but for me looking for barefoot shoes, clicking the shoes because the title says BAREFOOT and getting shoes that are NOT actually barefoot or practically useful for barefoot, minus 2 stars.

Amazing shoes
I’ve got wide feet, some would say aircraft carrier or battleship feet. Finding comfortable shoes that don’t squeeze the life out of my toes has always been a problem. These shoes have an amazingly comfortable toe box. My feet feet secure yet loose enough to not feel like they are being strangled. I’ve got the all black color. Sole, upper and shoe strings are black, so these shoes work in shorts or pants. Walking on dirt, gravel, tile, wood….doesn’t matter, I’ve not had any issues. These shoes are comfy! Straight up comfy!

Bang for your buck!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I’ve had these for a few weeks or so and wanted to give them a good try before reviewing. Just getting into the barefoot shoe game, this is my second pair. The first pair I purchased was from another brand and looked like a mix between bowling shoes and water shoes so I returned those and got these, and I gotta say, I wish I found these first! Very comfortable with plenty of room for my toes to move around, very light weight and just feel really good on my feet. I got the green ones and I really like the look, feel and durability of these shoes. Great quality for the price, it’s no $100 barefoot shoe like I’ve seen, but being as new as I am you could have fooled me with these. I kind of prefer to wear these than go barefoot just because once I tie these down, they are one with me, and they aren’t going anywhere. I got size 8 and the size was SPOT ON. I absolutely will buy another pair from this brand when these give out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
