Very nice casual/dress loafer!
These are very nice shoes! They seem to be made of quality material and well constructed and are light and very comfortable. Depending on the type/make of shoes I’ll usually wear a 9 1/2 (Dockers 9 1/2 fit me perfectly) but with these, I tried a 9 and they fit great with the extra insoles I use. I like them so much that I also got these in black.One sort of minor thing: These are synthetic and apparently have a grain or texture imprinted in them. It’s funny that the grain on the top of my left shoe is a bit more pronounced than on the right one and it’s exactly the same on both pair. Weird huh? That said, I don’t notice it enough to take off a star for that and, in spite of that, I’d recommend these shoes. That said, I only wear nice shoes like this to church on Sunday so I don’t know about daily use. Your experience may be different.

Nice, but sizes run big…
Very nice shoe with quality look and feel. The rubber sole makes it quieter and more comfortable. The only issue is that sizes run big. Most comments said as much, but a few said the fit was fine. So I took a chance and ordered my correct size. But most commenters were correct because the shoe was roughly one full size too big. Their 9 felt like a 10. I sent it back and ordered an 8. This felt like a perfect size 9 but slightly snug the way all new leather shoes feel. It’s not that bad and it’s already loosened up a little in the week I’ve worn them. They lose a star for not getting the size chart right and making me reorder. But the shoes are great quality for the price and I have no complaints. Highly recommend for anyone looking for decent shoes on a budget.

Not my favorite Bruno Marc purchase.
I love Bruno Marc shoes. I have a couple pair of their boots –Chelsea boots in the faux suede and a lace-up street-boot in PU black leather. Both are excellent in fit and finish! This pair, not so much. These were a quick-turn purchase. I needed a pair of dressy/business casual-type black shoes for a funeral and had no time to visit the stores. So, I hopped on Amazon. Surprise! Bruno Marc had several pairs in their store for Prime delivery. This style was spot on, a classic penny loafer with more of a tapered toe –exactly what I wanted. The price was great, too. BUT, you do get what you pay for. The Amazon box arrived and the shoes were packed in classic Bruno Marc style, complete with muslin-type shoe sleeves in their very sturdy box. I ordered a 9.5, as I have with my other Bruno Marc shoes. Upon unboxing, I was disappointed. Again, the style was excellent. The fit was a bit long, wide, and loose, which required a heavier, thicker dress sock for wear, which was not a problem. I am used to that since I have narrower foot and sometimes have to adjust the socks to be able to wear some loafers, but these were much wider than usual for me. Where these shoes really failed me is the faux leather. Look, I get “faux leather” and for the price I should have had lower expectations. These really do look faux! The pictures and video depict a shinier, smoother finish. However, these are very flat and fake (bordering cheap plastic) looking, so not the most attractive pair of shoes (IMHO). I guess I should have spent more time in the reviews section. My bad! And there is a glaring “This item gets returned” flag that I obviously missed, so lesson learned. I did have to wear them due to timing / need, and it was a funeral so no one was really looking at my feet! The shoes were comfortable, but not at all the polished look I wanted. Since I did wear them, I cannot return them. However, I will not be wearing them again.

The other reviews were inaccurate
The shoes came packed nicely in a shoe box. Each shoe was inside a nice bag with the company logo. The shoe had no defects and looked great. The only problem was that a lot of people stated that the shoes run big in the reviews and advised to get one size or half size smaller.I listened to the reviews and ordered a half size smaller and it was way too small! For me, these shoes would be true to size if I ordered my size. All these people must not know their shoe size smh. Exchange in motion.

La verdad es que me sorprendió bastante la relación calidad precio. En otros comentarios vi que llegaban más grandes para el número de talla que eran; yo les recomiendo sí pedir de su talla y cualquier cosa adaptarlo con plantillas o devolverlo a su discreción. Me siento contento con la compra, son bastante cómodos y se ven elegantes para los que no son fijados o ir a la oficina.
