I’ve also taken to running a few inches of water in my tub, and soaking my feet with this, while sitting on the edge of the tub.This is a high quality product. You can see and feel the essential oils used in this product. The magnesium is flakes, which dissolve completely in water. The lavender scent is a wonderful aromatherapy experience.My muscles feel relaxed after soaking with this product. My skin also feels nourished and it isn’t dried out.This comes in a resealable bag. However, my zipper broke the first time that I opened it, so I have to seal the bag with a clip. This is a product of Jordan.I really like this product. I can’t wait until I can do a full body soak in my bathtub. I’m going to make sure I save some of this for when that day comes.

They do not joke about how to relax you. I was skeptical at first but I mix it with hemp Epsom that has thyme and bergamot and this only enhances the experience. I am an actual radiant cloud when I step out of the bath. My aches, pains and mind take a breath. They dissolve quickly.

Relaxing
I use this when taking hot baths after a stressful day. After soaking for about 10 minutes my muscles feel relaxed and revitalized. This has a wonderful lavender scent that isn’t overpowering. Unlike other salts I’ve used, my skin feels soft and moisturized. I noticed that there is a little bit of sediment afterwards but it rinses off easily.

I don’t know if it’s placebo or what but after I use it in my foot soak/bath my feet feel so lightweight and relaxed. Only use less than half a cup and I find that sufficient for me. It has rosemary oil as well. Not only does that help further feeling the relaxation, but also makes my feet feel smooth and soft and aids in the scrubbing part. It has a nice fragrance as well.

If you like taking a relaxing bath before bed, these salts are for you. The package is packed full and nice and resealable. The flakes are a decent size and smell faintly of lavender. They dissolve quickly in hot water and they felt nice after a long day. My skin was left feeling nice and relaxed and these salts did not cause any irritation.

This magnesium soak is very pleasant, easy to use and relaxing. It helped my sore muscles, was easy to use via directions and the package makes it giftable as it is very nice. However I do feel like it is a bit on the expensive side. I got a small pouch good for one soak and it would be a very expensive bath. Nice, relaxing, and pleasant, but pricey.

Der Inhalt reicht für 1 bis 2 Vollbäder. Was soll man bei dem hohen Preis dazu noch sagen? Man wird günstigeres Magnesiumchlorid aus dem toten Meer hier finden. Ob es da Qualitätsunterschiede gibt und ob diese relevant für ein Bad sind, weiß ich nicht.Totes Meer Badesalz wird ebenfalls von diesem Hersteller angeboten, ist aber von der Zusammensetzung anders.Bei diesem Magnesiumchlorid soll das Magnesium vermutlich über die Haut aufgenommen werden, was dann zu einer Muskelentspannung führen könnte. Bleibt fraglich, ob man davon profitiert, wenn man Magnesium sowieso schon supplementiert. Da wird dann eher das warme Wasser ausschlaggebend sein.Es ist sehr grob und geruchsneutral. Trotz der Grobheit lösst es sich auf. Bestenfalls schüttet man das Zeug sofort beim Wasser einlassen in die Wanne.Da der Preis jedoch sehr hoch ist und für eine Anwendung nicht zu rechtfertigen ist, hier mal ein Vorschlag meinerseits. Danach fühlt sich die Haut wie eingecremt und weich an:2-3 Esslöffel Totes Meer Badesalz oder Magnesiumchlorid3EL Milch (dient als Emulgator)1TL MCT Öl (wird aus Kokosöl hergestellt)10 Tropfen Rosmarinöl oder 5 Tropfen Eukalyptusöl oder 5 Tropfen WacholderbeerenDie angegebenen Öle sollten ebenfalls bei Verspannungen helfen können. Die Milch dient dazu, dass sich das MCT-Öl gut mit dem Wasser vermischen kann. Ist auch gut für die Haut.So kommt man länger damit aus, spart Geld und der Effekt ist möglicherweise besser. So genau kann ich das nicht beurteilen, da meine Verspannungen sehr hartnäckig sind und eigentlich nur der Physio dabei helfen kann.Letztendlich vermute ich jedoch, dass das warme Wasser den höchsten Effekt erzielt.Umwelttechnisch sind Badesalz oder Magnesiumchlorid nicht unbedenklich. Möglicherweise schneidet Magnesiumchlorid etwas besser ab. Auch von daher sind 2 Tassen pro Vollbad möglicherweise nicht unproblematisch, wenn man das häufiger machen will.Nochmal zum Preis, soweit mir bekannt wird Magnesiumchlorid auch als Streusalz im Winter eingesetzt. Wie sich dieses Streusalz von diesem Badesalz unterscheidet, würde ich dann doch mal gerne wissen.Haltbarkeitsdatum auf der Verpackung bis 12/27. Möglicherweise auch sehr viel länger.
