Can I turn off the light? Why are there not 7 colors?
Yes, you can turn off the main light. The timer indicator stays dimly lit. The default color is flame mode—press again for color change, then press once more to lock your favorite color.
The remote control is not working—what should I do?
Please remove the plastic insulation tab in the battery compartment before using the remote control.

Perfect For A Stressed Out Student!
So, this is how my diffuser looked when I bought it nearly two months ago. I work full-time and I’m a full-time student, so I like to destress when I’m home. What better way to do this than a fireplace diffuser blessing me with the scent of my lavender vanilla essential oil? I run my diffuser for a few hours every day while I work on my schoolwork.I couldn’t hear it running at all, the tank lasts a few hours, and it doesn’t leave the area around it wet from condensation. It’s also easy to clean. The user manual walks you through how to clean it properly. Make sure you do this often, so the oil residue doesn’t build up!It’s got a gentle glow, so it’s not blinding or distracting. The light is so gentle, you could even use it as a nightlight.In my opinion it’s a perfect size for what I was looking for. It fits on my desk perfectly! I’m measurement impaired, so for size comparison, I’d say it’s about the size of a 20 oz coffee tumbler laid on its side,I love that you can change the colors on not only the fire, but the steam as well. You can have them the same color or different colors if you like. You can also use it as a night light where it’s still lit, but the fire isn’t going and neither is the steam. You can also have the fire going, but no steam as well. So, you can customize it just the way you like it! Personally, I enjoy the traditional fireplace look. It’s beautiful! The other colors are just as pretty, I just like the classics!I also enjoy that it has a timer for 1, 2, or 3 hours. I use that function when I want to relax to fall asleep, but not leave it running all night long. If you do happen to fall asleep, but forgot to set a timer, no worries! It will automatically shut off once it runs out of water.The remote works well. You can turn it on/off, change the colors of the steam/fire, turn the steam/fire on/off, and set the timer with the remote.It worked wonderfully at first. However, it hasn’t even been two months yet and now the steam barely comes out of it anymore. I can no longer smell my essential oils. Everything else works, but that. I’ve cleaned it as instructed, and followed the troubleshooting directions, but unfortunately it still isn’t working properly.I’m hoping it’s just a fluke, so I’ve ordered a new one just because of how much I loved it until it quit working properly. If the new one I ordered works properly for a longer time period, I will update my review. Had this not happened, I would have definitely given it 5 stars instead of 3.EDIT:They have offered me a full refund for the diffuser that quit working! I really appreciate it, because I thought I was just out of luck since there was only a 30-day warranty on it. So far my new one is still going strong! I’m hoping this one lasts! I love it so much!

I love this diffuser! The flame effect looks beautiful and cozy, almost like a real mini fireplace, which makes the room feel warm and relaxing. first reaction and measurements- Oct 30th 2025
Ive had a couple diffusers now in the last couple years. They end up breaking for whatever reason but this one looks and feels nice. For $30 it’s well worth the price. The noise level is great, different color settings with a remote.The diffuser is 10 inches long and about 4 inches high. Make sure you use distilled water. Also if you decide to purchase, the remote, instructions and cable are hidden inside the diffuser. Hopefully is last me longer compared to prior diffusers in the past. Like I said, for $30 it’s worth it.Hope this helped

A Perfect Accent Piece (Especially For the Holidays!)
Love this little diffuser! I was looking for something that would fit in a little holiday display in my office at work, and this one is perfect and cozy. It’s good quality, and super quick to set up and use. Puts out a nice volume of mist from the top and is quiet. I was worried the fireplace part would look cheap, but it’s a nice little aesthetic. (Video makes it look more yellow, but I promise it’s a nice orange color in real life.) The color cycling is a nice effect, too. Overall super happy with this purchase and definitely recommend!

Better than expected
Very beautiful and relaxing. For those having issues with the diffuser not working, check to make sure the water is not above the max level indicator. I overfilled by accident and the diffuser stopped working, removed a bit of water and it started working again. Loved it so much just ordered another two.

Works fine but brackets melt inside
Works great and makes the area smell really good!! I have a large entry way and the entry smells amazing every time I run it. The only thing is the brackets on the inside melt, leaving a sticky gooey residue that I have to constantly clean. Strangely you won’t smell a burn but it’s burning.

Bon rapport qualité prix mais en ouvrant la boite le fil d’alimentation ne vient pas avec un interrupteur pour brancher au mur…. et même si je le 150 ml d’eau avec goutte d’huile essentielles, c’est juste beau avec les flammes.ne sent pas beaucoup.
