It truly delivers what the description promises, and that’s why I bought it a second time.The only issue is the capsules: the plastic feels harder now, and pressing or opening them takes extra effort for me due to arthritis on my fingers. That packaging detail is inconvenient, but the product inside is perfect. This is a highly effective hair oil that makes hair look and feel healthier, even if the capsules could be easier to use. I wish they could change the material.

I have long, thick, curly hair. I have used this to soften old or accidently too hard(cast) curls, and I’ve used it when it is straightened. No complaints. Even when I thought I used too much my hair looked shiny, not greasy. Did I mention it smells amazing?! My hubby agrees.
