Very effective
I’ve been talking these vitamins for several months, and I definitely notice a difference. I had been taking a one a day style or a gummy for years and was still seeing that I lacked certain vitamins. Regular tablet style vitamins made me feel nauseous, or were hard to swallow even with water. These to down easier, don’t upset my stomach and are effective. I find them to be a very complete multivitamin.

Great vitamins! I was looking for a solid multi vitamin that I could be confident was giving me exactly what the labeled stated and had no lead or problematic metals. I reached out to the company and got a certificate of analysis for each of my bottles that shows that a 3rd party tested the vitamins and exactly how much of each vitamin/mineral is in the bottle. These days you just can’t trust labels that say natural or organic or vague marketing claims. This is a great product and I encourage you all to scrutinize vitamins that you put in your body daily.

too soon to tell but I’m hopeful
I’ve been taking this multivitamin for almost two months now, so it’s a bit early to know how much it’s really affecting my health. That said, I specifically chose it because of its focus on bioavailability for women, which gives me some peace of mind that my body is actually absorbing what it needs.At this point, I’m planning to stick with it for at least six months to a year and see how I feel over time. So far, no complaints and I’m hopeful it’s doing what it’s meant to do behind the scenes.

After taking this for about a week, I have definitely noticed a difference in my energy levels and overall just feeling much better, actually very impressed. Beware though, these things are potent and taking them on an empty stomach will make you feel nauseous, so definitely take with food.

Well as i am getting old, I need some supplements as i know i dont get all what i need. Since i started using the vitamins i actually feel better, more energy. should have done this years ago. these are pricey but it is worth it.

Beware: Nausea-inducing on empty stomach
I’m taking this vitamin as an alternative to something that was out of stock. I’ve not felt much of a difference from the other brand EXCEPT for the fact that it makes me extremely nauseous in the morning if I haven’t eaten enough the night prior (and I regularly struggle with eating enough nutrient-dense foods, hence the vitamins). About 20 minutes after consuming it, I get all clammy and sweaty, my stomach starts flip-flopping, and I can feel the back of my throat tighten and prepare to be sick. I sit down, chug a ton of water, and usually it goes away. I haven’t actively been sick with it yet, but had a close call one morning. This vitamin could also be interacting poorly with some of my other medications, but the morning nauseous and near-vomiting is not something I’ve ever experienced with the other brand and this vitamin is the only thing that has changed about my morning routine. The only 2 mornings in the last few weeks that I haven’t experienced this, I happened to have eaten a very heavy and starch-filled meal the night prior (pasta, rice)

I can’t say that this is a must to take as if your well being only depends on it. But I have noticed that my overall heath has improved. I started to feel less sluggish, productive, focused, and has noticed my face, skin, and hair look healthy again. I take a pill/day with breakfast (no tea or coffee for 2h) to allow healthy fats works its magic with this supplement. I occasionally take it with nuts in the middle of the day instead. Very important that you take it with healthy food. Do not consume with soda, junk food to allow your body absorb all the vitamins efficiently. I am one-meal/day person so this has helped me overcome my vitamins deficiency.
