Excellent Product
The massager sits on the peak of your shoulders, behind your neck and the straps are placed going from the front of your body to the back. I’ve watched people try and latch the strap on the mid to upper body from behind and you can easily doing it at the lower back (much easier) and just let the strap pull up naturally to hold the massager in place. There are four buttons, easily accessible, that allow you to control heat, mode, etc.The unit performs extremely well, digging in deep and loosening any knots you may have in the upper neck region. Overall, it has a very tight grip and it holds on to your neck via the straps, so you can either sick back and relax, or multi-task and do other things as well. For me, this was definitely worth the price.

I love this, it gives me an intense massage. Helps with the pinched nerves, the headaches the heat with the massage is wonderful I think if I wanted to make this a better piece of equipment I would add an intensity switch or knob so I can turn it up or turn it down although for me it’s perfect but some of my friends it’s too much.

Solid Cordless Neck Massager with Great Battery
This Nekteck Neck Massager is a really solid piece of equipment. It feels well-built and lives up to the description of being a wireless, portable shiatsu massager for the neck and back. The cordless design is definitely a major plus, making it easy to move around while using it, whether I’m at home or trying to relax in a chair. For a 4-star product, it certainly meets expectations in terms of quality and initial feel, aligning well with what’s advertised about its deep tissue capabilities and heat function.Using this massager has been mostly a positive experience, especially thanks to its wireless functionality. As advertised, it offers freedom of movement, and I’ve found that the battery life is great, and it charges fast, which is fantastic for convenience. However, as noted by others and in my own experience, it can pinch pretty hard sometimes, and I really wish the fit were more adjustable somehow. While the description mentions adjustable straps for a secure fit, I felt it could be refined further to prevent that pinching sensation and allow for a more personalized comfort level. Despite that, the core massage function is effective for targeting tension.

A Short-Lived Luxury.
This was great…the singular time it worked. It shut off after about 30mins of use and I figured it probably just wasn’t fully charged since I didn’t after I opened it initially. Unfortunately, after leaving it on the charger for many hours, it now just clicks on for a second and the shuts back off. So disappointing, but I guess it’s my own fault for going with a “cheaper” option. Save yourself the hassle and just skip this brand/version.

This is a great massager that is cordless. It lasted just under three months. I would consider that a – disposable product. $45 for only 2.5 months is a ripoff.
