Great massager
This is a very good massager for the money, really gets your neck loosened up, almost as good as a real person. worried a little about the electronic touch pad malfunctioning, Other than that the product works well on all settings, heat and massage. Works well in the seated orLaying down position.

Fast and effective shoulder and neck massager
As I have aged, now 76, I have more aches particularly around my shoulders and neck areas. This massager has relieved a nagging but painful pains around that area. I particularly liked the heating and also the easy way to move the massager around my shoulders. I liked it so much, I have ordered two more, one for each of my sons, who have similar issues around the neck and shoulder areas.

Glorious Massage Nobs, but Frustratingly Unstable
MY USE CASEI’m a practitioner of trigger point therapy after years of outdoor work that led to overuse injuries & a body literally full of knotted muscles, from the small musckes im my hands & feet, to the large muscles in my back & legs.The “percussion”style devices (like “message guns”) are extremely uncomfortable to use for extended periods of time as they vibrate the skin until it’s sensitove & itchy.As an alternative for DIY therapy, I use this device on my:- neck- back- leg- arms- hands- feetPROS- Excellent shape of the nobs–they feel amazing when you get them in the right position- Adjustable speed- Comfortable ammount of heat for 15 minutes (I always turn this off since the nobs warm up just fine from body heat during extended use)CONS- automatically turns off every 15 minutes- automatically changes the direction of rotation every 1 minute (initially helps discover what direcrion works best on different muscles, but gets annoying fast once you know what works best for you)- It always turns on w/ the default settings, instead of the last settings you used.Gets very annoying adjusting settings everytime you’re going to use it, or every 15 mins im it turns off–especially if you’re like me & always use the same settings- The shape of the device is very unstable unless you:1) hold it in place manually2) rest it against a perfectly flat surfaceOtherwise the device shifts around & gets out of position due to the small profile & unusual shape of the nobs.The nobs are perfect for massaging, but they need a wider base to not destabalize the entire device- For an effective “deep tissue” massage you need consitent pressure on the trigger point that’s causing you pain.For this reason, I prefer very slow rotation so the knotted muscles receive consitent pressure for at least 2-3 seconds.The slowest setting on this device passes the nob over the muscle for about 1 second.SUMMARYLove how it feels when you manage to get the settings dialed in & the device stabalized in place on the targeteduacle, but it’s taken a lot of effort to McGuiver ways to hold this thing in place.So far, I’ve found laying flat on a thicker yoga matt or sleeping bag works great to stabalize it, but it requires:- 2 or 3 pillows that help prop you up around the device for massages on your legs or armsOR- some creative yoga posesOR- a combination of all the aboveBUY AGAIN?Assuming it lasts at least 3 years, I’d probably buy this device again only because the nobs are a divine & healing touch on my muscles when I get the thing in the right place.However, the current design is very unstable & annoying to work w/.I’d originally hoped to use this while working feom home, but the thing ia so unstable you need to dedicate time & effort to finding & holding a position even for something as basic as the neck or back massage it’s designed to perform.I can only use this on my days off while watching some YT vids, or at night before sleep.However, even at night it’s annoying to use since it requires so much effort to find / maintain a position in which this work effectively.

Plug in outlet and get massage right away, move it anywhere, easy to use for neck and back and legs etc., adjust strength by button or leaning into device, heat is available to add to more relaxation, turns itself off after 15 minutes, great massager 🙂

Clunky and awkward to use
As someone who has inflammation of the cervical spine area from years of tech neck and bad posture, I suffer from a sore neck frequently. I am always on the lookout for relief. I mainly just use OTC medications and stretching exercises with an occasional neck heating pad. My neck pain isn’t bad, but it is there and can sometimes cause a bad headache.I came across this shiatsu massager and it looked intriguing. I purchased a shiatsu foot massager (different brand) for the hubs about five years ago and he loves it. That thing is still going strong. I pulled the trigger on this and tried it out a few times. Here are my observations:It is powerful, and the shiatsu massage discs are sturdy. They help to work out the knots in your neck.This can also be used on other areas like the lumbar spine.It is quiet and emits a low humming noise.It is difficult to position in the area you want just right.If you move, the unit will slide down or move and then you may need to get out of it to re-position it.The arm hole things are kind of awkward and a little too high. When putting my hands through them I kind of felt like a kangaroo.This runs on a charger, so you will need to be near an outlet to use it.The power connector easily comes apart if you move, so you then have to get out of the kangaroo harness and re-attach the power supply.The massaging action was a little too rough for me, I prefer a gentler massage.In summary, this didn’t work for me as it was not that easy to use and requires maneuvering to get in the right position with the thing, and then not move at all.It is bulky, so it requires storage when not using it, because it doesn’t look great just laying around the house.I could see the vinyl on this wearing off over time, and I am not a fan of this type of material. A sturdy removeable fabric sleeve makes more sense to me.I suppose I will continue to rely on light stretching as that works as well and doesn’t require any equipment.I wouldn’t recommend this unless you are desperate for pain or soreness relief and don’t mind a little wrangling to get it.

Very nice!
This was delivered this morning and I immediately ripped open the box to use it. Holy cow am I impressed. I mean, I just got it, but it’s great! I would highly recommend if you have aches and pains. It’s also very relaxing. Having been to the dr yesterday for nerve pain/very tight muscles/knots in my shoulder/neck/head she recommended massage along with mild pain relief. I’ve used this on my neck and down my back. Hopefully it holds up and is durable. It does warm up to what I would describe as low on a heating pad. Pleased with this purchase.

Używam przez cienki polar lub ręcznik ze wzgl. higienicznych, więc nie jest za intensywny, same stopnie intensywności niewiele się od siebie różnią; Grzeje odczuwalnie i przyjemnie.Masager jest spory (problem z przechowywaniem) poza tym przydałyby się trochę dłuższe paski (np. podczas masażu karku trudny dostęp do przycisków) i dlatego odejmuję gwiazdkę.Jestem zadowolona z zakupu.

I am a fully qualified massage therapist and I suffer badly with a stiff neck and headaches.. I have used many electrical massagers but never did they feel any thing like hands but blimey this is AMAZING,this has been made with great thought and does it work or what?you bet..First,it gives a very deep massage, kneading those very areas that can’t be difficult..Gets to the root at your skull base and eases.the neck completely…The heat is not too hot but lovely and warm and that just increases the blood supply and relaxes you more..You have three levels of speed and also does forward movement and reverse,you can choose or leave it and it will forward and reverse it’s self,it cuts off it’s self if left on.I am totally amazed with this brilliant massager and now I get a proper relaxing massage.Can be used elsewhere on your body.I used this on my left side (bowel area) as I suffer with i.b.s and this really helped to sooth that area and helped with trapped wind.This gives a deep massage so may not suit everyone but if you feel it is too hard then you could put a towel on your neck.I would not recommend on bare skin as with the heat and the deep rotation it could make your skin sore.It takes time to get used to the feeling of this massager,i felt it as a deep massage should be but this may not suit everbody, for me it’s PERFECT,I could not be without this now..Please note…When you have finished your massage,a drink of plain water should be taken,this helps the lactic acid/urea (released due to massage) pass out through passing the urine so its very important to have water afterwards..PLEASE NOTE,IT COMES WITH A TWO PIN PLUG!! So you need to buy a adapter(two PIN plugs into a three PIN adaptor)They are very cheap..
