Thick and nourishing I only have one complaint and it’s got to do with the way the packaging’s labeled if The manufacturer could make it slightly different so it’s easier to tell the difference between the two bottles for those of us that can barely see without our glasses it would be appreciated!!!

The shampoo is great and cheaper than buying anywhere else. However, packaging can be bad.
I started using this shampoo and conditioner because I was experiencing hair loss/thinning. My barber recommended me this and it has worked magnificently! The texture of my hair has become healthier, thicker and silkier.Moreover, It cleans as effectively as my old shampoo (pantene) but without drying it out. It still smells good and without the harsh piercing smell.Also, it is extremely cheaper buying it here in amazon vs anywhere else. Sometimes the small bottle cost 14dollars at target.It’s easy to use like other shampoo and conditioner. Theres no special instructions.However, I am giving this 4 stars because there was one time that the bottles arrive with their cap broken from shipping. I believe the caps are easily cracked. I’ve bought this maybe 6 times now and I’ve only experienced a broken cap only once, but it is still frustrating when it does happen. It doesnt make the product unusable, but you need to be carefull that some plastic shards might be in the shampoo. Also, its a preventable hassle.Pros:- good for thinning or loss of hair.- healthier and softer hair- no harsh smell- cheaper to buy here in amazonCons:- may arrive with a broken cap.
