Perfect formula and application
As we get older, it’s more difficult to find bold colors that don’t bleed. I’ve tried the super stay lip ink products, which do work but they’re uncomfortable and for me, drying. This, I’m happy to say has a beautiful satin formula that feels comfortable on the lips and it simply does NOT bleed. To put it to the test, I applied it the first time with no lip liner. Wonderful, wonderful plummy-jammy color that feels good and stays where I put it.

Frosty pink, nice for winter!
Pretty frosty pink for winter. Feels pretty hydrating! I use it for my base layer, then I added a dark red lip stain in the center on my lips

I knocked off one star because I’d say the color is a bit misleading. Bordeaux, I wouldn’t say is actually deep, burgundy “blood” red. If that’s what you’re expecting, then I don’t recommemd this shade. It is more on the purple side, like a violet red, but it’s still a pretty color and I’ll use it for my theatre makeup. Also it has a nice scent to it! A bonus, I can’t stand makeup with that plasticky odor. It’s It’s also moisturizing on the lips.It came in perfect, no melting or damage to the product. I’ll try other colors for sure!

Wear it Alone, or As a Frost Over a Dark Color
This is such a nice lipstick. The color is a frosty pale pink, and is beautiful alone, or over my lip stain, if I want a softer look. It feels so good and looks so natural on my lips.

This is the closest frosted lipstick I have found that is comparable to Bubbles by Mac. Wears great. I get lots of compliments. Beautiful shimmer by itself or as a finish.

I absolutely love all Rimmel products!I’ve been a customer for a long time. And this particular lipstick from Amazon did not disappoint.I particularly love this color (candy) because it’s the perfect color to put over the top of whatever color I’m wearing to give it a certain kind of iridescent sheen.It is so pretty! It glides on so well. And the price was great.

This is a lovely lipstick, easy to apply and has staying power. Lots of great colours but this is my favourite, lifts my face colour and is the one to finish off my makeup. Have used it for years and it’s great to be able to buy it from Amazon as I can no longer get to the shops due to now being in a wheelchair. Love Rimmel products as they are great value for money. Having previously purchased Rimmel lipsticks, I’ve known they have slightly more longevity than most other brands. As these are older products from the brand they are selling for £3 – £5, quite a bargain in comparison to some other brands. So far my faves out of these lipsticks have been Heather Shimmer and Bordeaux, which is a rich dark burgundy. Smells pleasant, kinda like grapes and tea. Glides on effortlessly. Really good pigment, compliments my pale skin tone but would work for most skin tones. Would buy again, good value for money. Although I will be continuing my hunt for carmine free lipstick.
