Diffuser is awesome. Had it for a few months. Works great. The essential oils it came with are awesome. They all smell great and there’s a great selection to choose from. I love the color options and the remote option. Really awesome and great price

Strong mist, quiet operation, and a generous water capacity!
This diffuser works beautifully. 9/10, pretty good
Pretty good, for the most part. The remote sucks and the buttons stick most of the time so it is pretty useless. Has controls on the unit also but I cant read the words even with my glasses on. Love the choice in light color. Spreads the smell from the oils through a very large room and into the hall. Wish it held more water but this is still larger than most that you can buy and price was great!

Poor design and poor safety
Not working continuously at all. Water leaks and goes inside the circuit when lifted to pour more water which may create electric spark and fire.

Missing oils
The diffuser works as it should. I ordered two because one was a gift. Thankfully all of the oils were there. Mine on the other hand is missing 2

Cheap junk, no returns w/ oils ! no safety mechanisms or auto off on empty! will destroy itself
You see right away it’s a cheap thing, the size of a plastic bowl for cereal.. the manual reveals it cannot be moved or even bumped while it’s running and can’t be turned on while dry (so there is no real sensor for auto-off, must be bs or it eventually senses lack of resistance and shuts off / ‘maybe’ at best).It says it requires a specific measuring devices, not to use anything else, but it’s not provided.. some of the oils were dupes and I just wasn’t satisfied, I’d checked originally and it had been returnable for 30 days.. apparently it’s NOT however… if you buy the better package with the oils. Very smart/ignorant of them, so if you get one of probably hundreds of devices with manufacturing defects you’ll have to actually contact CS for a refund / you cannot return it.With these caveats I cannot recommend buying it.. It’s nowhere near the level of engineering found in real (usually waterless) atomizers that are fully sealed and have no issue with a slight bump, they also have a fan to ensure airflow = you getting the scent throughout a room (not just withing 3ft).It’s simply cheap junk
