Buy it! We always have time to complain, but rarely do we make the time to congratulate a maker when they do well. When I ordered this massager, my expectations were low. For the price, I did not expect much. I was so completely shocked and pleased when this thing turned out to be so effective at loosening my back up! I used it all the time now, with my arm cables (see photo) in the morning to loosen up my tight muscles. Just five minutes gets me ready for the day. The heat is amazing. My girlfriend gets professional massages and swears by the value they add to her life. Well, the cost of this item is less than just ONE of her professional sessions, so if it broke tomorrow, it owes me nothing!

I tend to carry my stress in my back, and it can be tough and painful to work out the knots on my own. This massager has been a game changer, once you turn it on, you can use it for as long as you need. The heat setting adds a lot of relief, but the Shiatsu feature is what really shines. The up and down motion feels amazing, and you can even pause it to focus on one problem spot for a deeper massage.I’m fairly tall, so it mainly reaches my lower to mid back. To hit my upper back, I usually prop the unit up on a pillow, and when I want extra pressure, I set it on the couch and gently lean on it. I avoid using my full body weight, but sometimes I go through two or more cycles depending on how tense I am. After a good session, I occasionally feel a little sore, which is to be expected after working out tight muscles.In terms of quality and durability, it’s held up great. The fabric hasn’t torn, the rollers work smoothly, and I’ve had no issues with performance. Overall, this massager has been incredibly helpful, and I’m really glad I decided to order it.

Too much pressure
I wanted this product to help the chronic back discomfort I have been experiencing, but the pressure was too strong along the side of my spine. If you aren’t elderly, it would likely bring relief without the discomfort I experienced.
