Wayfarer style frame and Costa quality…my new go to pair for kicking it
Same high quality sunglass I have come to expect from Costa, the same as my three other pairs of different styles. Important to note this is a wayfarer frame that is more straight up and down than a wrap frame that curves and hugs the high cheek bones…so not ideal for serious outdoor activities like fishing, hunting, snow etc. But perfect for driving and more casual activities. I was concerned about a review or two I read about them being flimsy, glad it didn’t stop my purchase…as I find the thinner wayfarer frame to be more flexible (not flimsy or cheap) versus my other rigid Costa wrap styles. While I love my wraps for better over all protection from glare, wind and other elements for more intense activities, these wayfarer shades are better suited, and by far more comfortable, for some of my more leisurely activities. I really like the coconut fade coloring….which has a section of the frame completely brown fading into a tortoise mix, very cool and not a common color scheme the other vendors offer. Lenses clarity is impeccable and so far are issue free from daily use. My other Costa styles that are geared towards fishing are problematic while driving my boat or car or while in other areas where I need to look at devices or in a slightly shaded area due to the extreme polarization….they are too good!! If the wayfarer style is your preference, then these are excellent shades that significantly reduce glare and direct sunlight and at the same time are stylish, lightweight and great for daily activities.

Really nice pair of sunglasses for a narrow to medium head
I have a big head. It sucks. These look nice with just the right height and width to the lenses. I like the fade at the bottom of them too, for a more relaxed and stylish look. Unfortunately, the frame widths are too narrow for my big head. Because of this I see the fade more visibly in the bottom and corners through both eyes.One of the callouts for these glasses are the base lens used. They filter out specific wavelengths while shading light, and it results in white light looking cleaner and brighter without hurting your eyes. The picture through these lenses is clean. I compared it to a grey lens pair of Maui Jims I have and the Maui’s create a darker image, while these provide a clean but still tinted image. I ended up buying a couple other pair of Costas after these ones didn’t fit. If I had a smaller face they would look good, and I would have kept them.

Great Purchase
These sunglasses are great. The build quality is very good. They look even better in person than they do on the screen. My only issue is that they get a little far away from my face towards the edges allowing light to come in. If you want glasses that hug your face more I wouldn’t suggest getting these. Otherwise they are exactly what I wanted.

Polarized, lightweight, can easily be scratched so I suggest keeping in a case. Very comfortable. I would buy these again!

I had been looking at costa’s for a while because of their durability and amazing lens quality that’s hard to beat at any price range. These sunglasses look great have amazing clarity and were a bargain at $117 CAD! No cons unless they don’t fit your face IMO.

These were incredibly hot on my husband, and so much better than expected. These beat other brands such as Oakley for fit, comfort and lense quality. You have to at least try on one pair to see how clearly you see everything through these glasses, especially in high light/sun settings.We’re probably going to be buying another pair or two now.
