This heating pad has been a lifesaver for my lower back pain. It’s durable, well-made, and the length gives great coverage across my whole lower back. The design is slim and comfortable, and I love how easy the controls are — 3 heat levels + 3 vibration settings make it super customizable.The heat warms up fast, the vibration feels like a mini massage, and the 10,000mAh battery lasts a long time between charges. Wonderful heating pad that really reduces pain and provides comfortable support.
I’m over 60 and either run, bike and play pickleball almost every day. Needless to say, my back is consistently sore. Not enough to stop me but certainly uncomfortable in the evenings. I’ve tried some basic back braces (which offer some support but not much more) and a basic heated one as well. Neither did the trick for me. But I really do like and find extremely effective this Youth Feast heating pad. It has 3 heat-settings which heat up very quickly (I start out at the highest and taper down for extended periods). It also has 3 vibration modes which is a great bonus. I typically use the vibrations while watching TV or relaxing in the evenings. But when working at my desk or on long drives, I prefer it off and enjoy the heat and support. The support is wonderful. First you wrap the brace around you and close it firmly with the large band. Then you can increase it further with a set of smaller straps that you can cinch up.The battery lasts quite a long time, and a joy not to be tied to a cord. The battery recharges easily and then slips in a small pocket. Carrying the battery in the pouch is not even noticeable.All in all, it works great, has all the features I want – 3 heat settings, 3 vibration settings, portable, and a firm, comfortable fit. The only small negative is that my wife is very petite (5’2”, under 100 lbs), and while she does use it, it feels a bit big for her. But I believe most folks will prefer the large fit.
